Memories of a Special Lady

Precious few times
in our lives do we meet a kindred spirit;
someone with that special quality that strikes an answering chord
within us;
a person that makes us feel good about ourselves, perhaps because
they feel truly good about themselves.
I first met this
special lady when she invited me to photograph
the poppies in her lovely garden.
Poppies will always remind me of her.
